What we expect
- You have a pedagogically sound education, such as a state-certified Early Childhood Educator (m/f/d), successfully completed
- You have very good professional knowledge and ideally have already gained practical experience
- You see yourself as a facilitator of development for the children and as a parenting partner for the parents
- You enjoy working with children and have a high degree of empathy
- Lifelong learning is a matter of course for you. You are eager to contribute and make a difference.
- You are flexible, helpful, and a true team player.
What you can expect
- You accompany the children's development and support them in a targeted and individual manner.
- You document the pedagogical work with the children.
- You independently design projects based on our child-centered pedagogy and implement them with the children.
- You have a desire to continuously develop our pedagogical concept.
- You communicate openly and confidently with parents and maintain a cooperative relationship with them.
